  • Electronic and optical properties of CsPbX3-type inorganic perovskite nanocrystals synthesized in solution.
  • Fine exciton structure, electron-photon interaction and spectral scattering processes in inorganic perovskite nanocrystals at the individual nano-emitter scale.
  • Emission of single and indistinguishable photons from individual perovskite nanocrystals for applications in quantum photonics.
  • Coupling of individual perovskite nanocrystals to fibered microcavities for the demonstration of quantum electrodynamic effects in weak or strong light-matter coupling regime, with a view to producing single photon sources up to room temperature.

Experimental means / theoretical tools :
Optical studies : continuous and time-resolved micro-photoluminescence, Fourier transform spectroscopy, photon correlation spectroscopy (HBT), two-photon interferometry (HOM), Cavity Quantum Electro Dynamics (CQED) experiments ; in the visible and near infrared as a function of temperature (10K to 300K).
